About Precious Life Foundation (PLF)

Who We Are

The Precious Life Foundation (PLF) is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through innovative, holistic interventions rooted in psychological therapy and Christian values. Founded to address critical gaps in psychosocial support services, PLF integrates community development, psychosocial programs, and other vital initiatives to uplift marginalized populations, with a particular focus on women, children, youth, and persons with disabilities.

What We Do

Our work spans a wide range of impactful initiatives, including:

  • Therapeutic Interventions: Providing accessible, tailored psychological therapy to meet diverse needs.
  • Community Empowerment Projects: Implementing sustainable solutions to foster self-reliance and resilience.
  • Educational Support: Creating opportunities and resources for youth to excel academically and socially.
  • Feeding and Nutrition Programs: Combating food insecurity among vulnerable groups.
  • Advocacy for Inclusion: Promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of persons with disabilities.

Our Belief

We believe in the transformative power of faith, resilience, and collective action to create lasting change. Guided by the ethos of Luke 4:18, we are committed to healing, restoring hope, and liberating those in need. Through collaboration with stakeholders, we strive to build a world where every individual has the opportunity to lead a life of dignity, purpose, and fulfillment.

Our Ethos

At the heart of the Precious Life Foundation is the guiding principle found in Luke 4:18 (NKJV):
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed.” We strive to live out this ethos in every initiative, offering holistic interventions that embody love, dignity, and transformation. We are committed to:

  • Healing brokenness in individuals and communities.
  • Empowering the marginalized, including women, children, youth, and persons with disabilities.
  • Restoring hope through compassionate service, grounded in Christian values.
