About Course

The School Counselling & Psychological First Aid Workshop for Matrics is a gorup-based, evidence-based face to face or online course designed by Auxilium Health (Auxhin) to equip Grade 10–12 learners with essential mental health skills during their final school years. Running from May to September 2025, the course covers Psychological First Aid (PFA), stress and emotional regulation, mental health literacy, and practical peer support techniques through interactive modules, role-plays, and take-home tools. Ideal for students facing academic stress, emotional challenges, or those interested in peer leadership, this 2.5-hour course fosters resilience, healthy coping, and emotional well-being, and is facilitated by qualified mental health professionals in a confidential and supportive online environment.
